Organize Downloaded PDFs
On Folder Change
- A direct item in ~/Downloads is Added.
Match PDF File
AND- The changed item name from Folder Contents Changed ends with .pdf
Do
- Move Item Path to ~/Downloads, and Use a Numbered Name if the name already exists
